John Springer has lived in our area for thirty years, and has been with the Beech Street Grill for over seven. Although he has never received any formal training and plays
entirely by ear, his natural gift for music has enabled him to perform professionally for over twenty years.  He's played prestigious venues such as the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas and on the Presidential Yacht, much to the delight of visiting dignitaries.
With a repetoire ranging from show tunes to piano bar sing along and even golden oldies, he delights our guests regularly in our upstairs dining room. According to John Springer, "If they can
hum it, I can play it!"
